The holidays which i would suggest on trying out with your friends are:

   Ibiza- This needs no introduction
   Zante (Zakynthos - Greece) - 24 hour partying in the resort of Laganas
  Kos  - Beaches perfect to relax after partying all night
  Crete - Relaxing beautiful beaches and culture to match
 

Holidays for you and your boyfriend / girlfriend are:

 Cyprus - Best of all worlds with sun, sea, great beaches, spot of culture and
                      good nightlife
 Italy - Which includes the romantic cities of:
 Venice
 Florence
 Rome
 Sorrento
 

Lastly i have my suggestions on some holidays which is Something completely different:

 Amsterdam - This involves a cultural / art themed holiday
 France - Staying in a country cottage and getting away from it all
 Corfu (Greece) - An activity holiday including sailing, snorkeling,
                                water-skiing or taking salsa lessons.
